Types of Therapy

 

I have substantial training and extensive experience in a number of psychological therapies, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DIT and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I am also heavily influenced by mindfulness and the significance of context in understanding human behaviour and promoting mental health.

Depending on your current difficulties, I may draw on one or a range of therapeutic approaches to help you make a deeper sense of what you are going through, make links between past and more recent experiences and learn different techniques and tools to work through and cope with your difficulties more effectively.

I see clients in the Liverpool Street area, in the City of London, and in the Cavendish Square area in Marleybone, Central London. I also see clients remotely via Zoom and Bilateral Base. I offer hybrid therapy; I see cleints 1-2 times a months in-person and the rest of the sessions take place remotely.
